Well as of today, I have been exactly two weeks with not counting calories. There needs to be more people like you. I know too many people that give up soon after starting their quest to weight loss. Very good article. Many of the people I work with have health issues related to type 2 diabetes so this article gives excellent direction for those struggling to manage their health condition with an appropriate diet that they can sustain.
